Why get involved?

The country faces significant challenges in terms of education and employability, especially regarding the socio-occupational inclusion of youth and women. Currently, there are 10 unemployed people out of 100 who belong to the workforce. In this sense, it is necessary to coordinate strategies that promote, in an intersectional and multisectoral way, their connection to the job market.

How can I participate?

• Advice during the reference and selection process of students in technical high schools for the execution of their internships.
• Your organization can contribute by remote or hybrid volunteering. Some of the educational activities we promote are talks, mock interviews, vocational tours, among others.
• Recruitment activities to hire graduates from the Program.
