Who are we?

it is the Employability Hub of the ALIARSE Foundation. We work in the promotion, facilitation, and strengthening of both training and employment mediation processes with the goal of improving people’s opportunities to join the labor market. We develop these processes by driving forward the collaborative work with key actors of society and through influence in the development of public policies.

Why do we do it?

National unemployment rate of 8,1%.

Women present a higher unemployment rate ate 9,0%.

The unemployment rate among young people is of 37,4%.

The unemployment rate in rural areas is of 8,3%.

There is one employed person from rural areas for every three employed people from urban areas.

How do we do it?

Our programs are characterized by placing people at the center of the learning process. This is achieved through the learning of English, the development of socioemotional skills for work and life, technical competencies, the support for employment mediation or the permanence in the education system, and psychosocial support at all times.
